1. Scope of Agreement & Engagement
These Terms of Service govern all digital design, brand development, software engineering, and consulting services provided by Marka Studio. Individual projects are formalized via a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership Transfer
Upon receipt of full payment for each respective milestone or deliverable, Marka Studio assigns 100% of all intellectual property rights, source code, Figma design files, and vector assets directly to the client. Marka retains only the non-exclusive right to display completed work in its studio portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3. Milestone Reviews & Acceptance Windows
To maintain rapid development velocity, the client has a standard review period of ten (10) business days following each milestone delivery. Feedback is incorporated through designated revision rounds defined within the project contract.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Marka Studio treats all client proprietary information, customer data, and technical architectures with the strictest confidentiality. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive commercial secrets to any third party during or after the engagement.
5. 30-Day Post-Launch Bug Warranty
All software engineered by Marka Studio includes a complimentary thirty (30) day warranty period following production deployment, during which any functional defects or deviations from approved specifications are resolved promptly at zero additional cost.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and commercial regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
